So I decided to make my own salsa tonight. It was pretty delicious if I do say so myself. I used to hate cilantro, but now I basically just want to put it into everything.

I’ve been craving burgers and decided to whip these up! Obviously you can make many variations within the actual patties and the burgers themselves.
Turkey Burgers
- The Patty (5 servings, 209 calories each)
» 20 oz lean ground turkey
» .5 c chopped carrots
» .5 c chopped mushrooms
» 4 tsp chopped garlic
» 2 large eggs
» 1 tsp ground black pepper
» 1 tsp vegetable oil (olive oil is better, but I didn’t have any)
- The Burger (438 calories)
» 1 Patty
» 1 roll 100% whole wheat sandwich thins
» 1 oz 3-pepper Colby Jack Cheese
» 5 leaves spinach
» 2 tomato slices
» 3 leaves lettuce
» 1 slice purple onion
